Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition you received it

- In its original packaging, when applicable

- Accompanied by your order information or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at info@crystalsplusmore.com with your order number and a description of the item you would like to return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@crystalsplusmore.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the problem

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the information and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because crystals and mineral specimens can be delicate and may be handled after delivery, returns may not be accepted for items that have been damaged after delivery through improper handling, use, or care.

Custom, personalized, or specially prepared items may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another circumstance approved by Energized Crystals.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@crystalsplusmore.com before sending anything back.

We will determine whether a replacement, exchange, refund, or another resolution is appropriate based on the circumstances.
